ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jason Dunn - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, management skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the agency team and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
  • Train and mentor agency team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior management experience preferred.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a sales-driven environment.
Compensation $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
